Job summary

Intellics Global Services seeks experienced OpenShift engineers to manage deployment, ongoing administration, and automation. You will configure master/node clusters, onboard applications, and maintain cloud-based OpenShift environments with strong Kubernetes and Docker expertise.

You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage ISTIO/ArgoCD integrations, and provide 24/7 support across Linux and Windows environments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Red Hat OpenShift deployment and Administration with Kubernetes and Linux OS deployments.
• Strong knowledge of container concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, and OCP.
• Deployment/management experience to set up OpenShift Container Platform with master/node configuration.
• Experience with onboarding applications and nodes in OpenShift clusters.
• ISTIO configurations and maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of QUAY registry and ROBO accounts for image pull/push.
• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux systems and Atomic host.
• Ability to deploy OpenShift Container Platform in public and private clouds.
• Basic knowledge of Ansible and build automation, CI/CD & DevOps.
• Experience with OpenShift system integration, IaaS and cloud knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge in OpenShift Kubernetes, ArgoCD and GitOps.

Responsibilities

• Application deployment on OpenShift, YAML modifications, infra setup and monitoring.
• 24x7 support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Configure OpenShift master and nodes for clusters, ensure Kubernetes integration.
• Onboard applications and nodes into OpenShift with various workloads.
• Manage private/public cloud deployments of OpenShift.
• Configure access controls for OpenShift resources and persistent storage usage.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and scripting tasks for automation.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and technical communication.
