Job summary

Lokal in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruiter (Non-Tech) to efficiently screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. You will reach out to a large pool daily, schedule interviews, and maintain high communication and data accuracy to support seamless placements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in non-IT and volume hiring environments.
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
• Interview Completion: Ensure that a minimum of 5 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection Rate: Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
• Joining Rate: Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
• Profile Completion: Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and Scheduling: Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews.

Role Overview :

As a Recruiter (Non - Tech) at Lokal , your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
