Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Recruitment Officer in India to welcome candidates, conduct initial screenings, and manage interviews. The role includes coordinating assessments, reporting on interviews, and keeping the applicant status updated in the information system.

You will work across production and sourcing teams and promote the company at job fairs. The ideal candidate has a HR degree, 3–4 years in recruitment (preferably call centers), and fluency in French and English, with strong candidate

• Higher education degree in HR required.

• 3–4 years of successful experience in recruitment, ideally in call centers.
• Knowledge of mass recruitment techniques.

Your mission

As a recruitment officer, you will play a key role through the following tasks

Welcoming and informing candidates about the recruitment process, the position, the company and its benefits

Manage initial telephone interviews and evaluate candidates according to the criteria required for the position.

Conduct in-person recruitment interviews and monitor the administration of assessment tests

Write up interview reports

Update the application status on the information system

Assign candidates based on their profiles and the requirements of the requesting department.

Represent the company at job fairs and promote the customer advisor profession

Building a pool of candidates to improve responsiveness and quickly meet recruitment needs

Ensure regular monitoring of candidate integration and initiate necessary replacements, in coordination with the recruitment manager.

Working closely with the production teams and the sourcing department
