• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to identify potential candidates for open positions in the non-IT sector.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various roles.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and a smooth recruitment process.
• Job Posting & Advertisement: Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering support and guidance.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, job status, and recruitment metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Working Hours:
