Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Collaboration & Coordination:

- Candidate Assessment & Selection:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications.
- HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Adhere to company policies and employment laws while recruiting.
- Employer Branding & Engagement:
- Represent The Elite Job professionally and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Promote job openings through various platforms to attract diverse talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS is a plus).
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.
- Experience hiring for different industries is a plus.
- Prior experience in remote recruitment is preferred.
