Accenture is seeking a Recruiting Analyst in Maharashtra to execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across geographies. You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews and support offers while maintaining candidate pipelines with accurate ATS data.

Responsibilities include adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance, plus collaboration with hiring managers. Experience with Workday Recruiting and Smart Recruiter is preferred.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands-on execution of end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support.
• Experience with candidate engagement and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and ATS tools such as Smart Recruiter.

What would you do?

• The Talent Acquisition Recruitment professional is responsible for hands on execution of end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles business units and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing screening interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations.
• The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions maintaining candidate pipelines ensuring data accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements.
• Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions.
• Support candidate intake through application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications.
• Develop a list of candidates to be screened. Pre qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate.
• Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response IVR
• Perform automated scoring exercises. Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions derive results based on responses and forward qualified candidate results to Staples representatives for future consideration.
• Recruitment Administration and Analytics
• Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis. Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and candidates and ensure continuous engagement throughout the end to end hiring process.
