Title : Recruiter

Timings: 09:30AM to 06:30PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern recruitment platforms and methods, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and managing salary negotiations. This role demands strong coordination with hiring managers, knowledge of the employee life cycle, and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen resume as per job requirements across various platforms.
  • Post job openings on recruitment portals like LinkedIn, Naukri and internal job boards.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up regularly with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Negotiate salary and offers with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Support new hire induction and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Understand and apply the full employee life cycle (recruitment to exit).
  • Meet recruitment deadlines and hiring targets as per organizational needs.
Required Skills
  • 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of major job posting platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Proven ability in resume screening and talent assessment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • Strong negotiation skills for salary discussion and offer closure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles.
  • Understanding of employee induction, onboarding, and full HR life cycle.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
