Responsibilities
  • Source for all CRO roles (clinical, biometric, and administrative).
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough evaluation process, connecting performance and culture fit for the company.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
