Responsibilities
- Source for all CRO roles (clinical, biometric, and administrative).
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn.
- Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough evaluation process, connecting performance and culture fit for the company.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
- Communicate effectively and timely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in CRO recruitment preferred. Oncology experience is a plus. Strong understanding of clinical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
