Job summary

Priceline in Mumbai is seeking a talented recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles, partnering with the People & Culture team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires two days in-office with the rest remote, enabling sourcing strategies and building diverse pipelines across the organization. A Bachelor's or higher in HR with 5–7 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience providing full life cycle corporate recruitment or in a RPO model.
• Accomplished leader in recruiting across all levels and functions.
• Proven success with employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment and closing.
• Self-starter, flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Illustrated history of living Priceline values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience providing full life cycle corporate recruitment or in a RPO model
• Accomplished leader in recruiting across all levels and functions
• Proven success with leveraging employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer positioning and closing
• Self-starter, able to adjust to changing priorities, and can operate effectively amidst ambiguity

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
