Job summary

Cielo Talent in Gurugram is seeking a recruiter to deliver end-to-end recruitment across India, acting as a trusted talent advisor and brand ambassador for a leading automotive client. The role requires developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and guiding hiring managers through selection, offers, and onboarding in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The position is based in Gurugram with 5 days in-office work hours Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, supporting a dynamic

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.
• Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong sourcing skills including direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience hiring across multiple locations in India.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations within India.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide guidance.
• Conduct screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with expectations.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the process for a positive experience.
• Drive performance against metrics like time-to-fill, fill rate, and conversion.
• Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support offer management and onboarding of selected candidates.

• Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with hiring expectations.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Drive recruitment performance against established metrics such as time-to-fill, fill rate, and hiring conversion ratios.
• Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support offer management and facilitate successful onboarding of selected candidates.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
• Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills, including direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or Pan-India recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within the Automotive, Mobility, Manufacturing, or related industries.

• Experience hiring for sales, business-facing, field, or operational roles.
