Job summary

Accenture in Noida is seeking an experienced Record to Report Ops Specialist with 7–11 years in Intercompany Account Reconciliation and finance operations. You will engage in data gathering, transaction reconciliation, and ensuring intercompany balances are accurate across entities.

The role requires deep understanding of R2R processes, strong analytical capabilities, and readiness for rotational shifts. BCom/Any graduation is preferred and you will join a global services leader.

• BCom or any graduation with 7–11 years experience in R2R/Intercompany reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve moderately complex problems.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to collect operational data reports and reconcile transactions.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure relationships are in balance.
• Reconciling AR sub-ledger balances and reconciling against GL, Treasury items, intercompany open items.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

• Recording and reconciliation of transactions which have occurred between entities of the same company, also Includes assuring that transactional relationships between the entities are in balance.
• Reconciling AR sub ledger balances and highlighting any debit balances.
• It provides details of reconciling against GL, Treasury open items, intercompany reconciliation and final summary of outstanding payments with discount earned and penalties paid.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
