Job summary

Accenture in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Record to Report Ops Manager with 13–18 years of experience and a BCom degree to lead account reconciliations within Finance Operations.

You will analyze operational data, reconcile transactions, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior management and clients to ensure accurate financial outcomes.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.
• Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.

  • Some latitude in decision-making in involved.
  • You will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
  • The person manages large - medium sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
