Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Record to Report Ops Specialist with 7–11 years of experience to join our Finance Operations vertical. You will collect operational data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of R2R, month-end closures, and GAAP. Willingness to work night shifts and familiarity with SAP S4 Hana and Blackline are a plus.

Qualifications

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller. What are we looking for?
