Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Record To Report Ops Associate to join our Finance Operations team. You will help determine financial outcomes by collecting data, reconciling transactions, and supporting fixed asset accounting processes.

The role covers asset additions, retirements, depreciation, COA alignment, and period-close delivery. 1–3 years in finance, US GAAP fixed asset knowledge (ASC 360) and exposure to Yardi ERP are preferred; shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US GAAP fixed asset accounting incl ASC 360, depreciation methods and capitalization principles.
• Experience with reconciliation and period-close delivery.
• Familiarity with fixed asset processes and reporting.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP is a plus.
• Experience in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and reference to guidelines.
• Interactions are within the team and direct supervisor.
• Record approved asset additions, transfers, reclassifications, depreciation, disposals and retirements accurately.
• Prepare or review fixed asset roll-forwards, asset reports and subledger reconciliations.
• Validate asset class, useful life, property code and approvals before posting.
• Maintain control and audit evidence; monitor SLA and quality KPI targets.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting.
• Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.

• Maintain control and audit evidence, support standardization and monitor SLA and quality performance; specific KPI targets
