About The Role

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, preparing reports, and assisting in audits.

We are seeking a highly driven General Ledger Accountant to join our growing team. This role involves developing accounting processes and policies as we scale. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and brings a strong point of view to their work.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in preparing journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Reviewing monthly financials and trend analysis for accuracy
• Managing and analyzing revenue streams and network costs
• Managing chart of accounts and cost centers
• Creating standardized and ad-hoc reports in NetSuite
• Creating templates and workflows in NetSuite for automation
• Preparation of capitalization of internally developed software, including impairment review
• Preparing flux analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, IT, Marketing
• Experience with NetSuite required
• Banking or Financial Institution experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant General Ledger accounting experience
