Job summary

Allstate seeks an Accounting Associate to support reconciliation and reporting processes with accurate data validation and transaction analysis. Under supervision, you will assist in investigating discrepancies, preparing basic reports, and maintaining audit documentation.

You will collaborate with the team to ensure procedural compliance, maintain logs, and contribute to a quality control environment while accommodating a hybrid work setup in Pune, India.

The Associate is responsible for supporting reconciliation and reporting processes through accurate data validation and transaction analysis. Working under close supervision, the Associate assists in investigating financial discrepancies, preparing basic reports, and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Required Professional Experience

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting
