Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or additional information as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company processes.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Freshers:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialer software.
- Proven ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Skills Required:
- Good command over English and Hindi (or regional languages).
- Clear and confident voice.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Patience and professionalism, especially during high-pressure calls.
- Time management and organizational skills.
