Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a Rebate & Incentive Specialist to support rebate programs across federal, state, utility, and local agencies. You will research, monitor, and evaluate eligibility of products and equipment, helping Sales identify incentive opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders to keep rebate requirements up to date.

Based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, this role follows a late-evening shift (IST) aligning with US-based operations.

Qualifications

• Research and monitor rebate, incentive, and funding programs across federal, state, utility, and local agencies.
• Evaluate product and equipment eligibility for rebates.
• Support Sales with applicable incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure rebate requirements and updates are properly managed.
• Assist in evaluating and validating eligibility criteria for programs and funding sources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program information and documentation.

The Rebate & Incentive Specialist is responsible for researching and monitoring rebate, incentive, and funding programs across federal, state, utility, and local agencies. The role maintains accurate program information, evaluates product and equipment eligibility, supports Sales with applicable incentive opportunities, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure rebate requirements and updates are properly managed.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST.
