Job summary

SEREXIA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior RWD Analyst to drive real-world evidence analyses across claims data, EMR/EHR databases, registries, and observational study datasets.

This role involves planning, executing, and presenting findings to inform strategic decisions for global clients. The ideal candidate brings 6–7 years of RWE analytics experience, strong skills in R/Python/SQL/SAS, and a Master’s in Biostatistics or related field, with preference for experience on US datasets.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of RWE analytics experience.
• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Data Science.
• Proficient in R and/or Python, SQL, SAS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses of large-scale RWD sources (claims, EMRs, registries).
• Design and execute RWE studies (retrospective cohort, case-control, etc.).
• Perform patients journey analysis, regression, survival analyses, and comparative effectiveness research.
• Create analysis plans, SARs, and insights decks.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Evidence Synthesis, and Data Science teams.

Position: Senior RWD Analyst / Real-World Evidence Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid – India

About the Role:

SEREXIA is seeking a highly skilled RWD Analyst to support analysis and generation of real-world evidence across claims data, EMR/EHR databases, registries, and observational study datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statistical analyses of large-scale RWD sources (claims, EMRs, registries).
• Design and execute RWE studies (retrospective cohort, case-control, etc.).
• Perform patients journey analysis, regression analyses, survival analyses, and comparative effectiveness research.
• Create analysis plans, statistical analysis reports (SARs), and insights decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Evidence Synthesis, and Data Science.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6–7 years of strong RWE analytics experience.
• Proficient in programming languages: R and/or Python, SQL, SAS (plus if known).
• Solid understanding of epidemiological methods and study designs.
• Experience working with US datasets (MarketScan, Optum, Medicare) preferred.
• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Data Science.
