Real Estate Pre Sales Trainee – multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with potential clients to share details of ongoing property projects and capture their requirements.
  • Regularly follow up with interested buyers through phone calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement.
  • Understand each client’s budget, location preferences, and needs, and recommend suitable property options.
  • Record daily calls, client interactions, and updates accurately in Excel sheets or CRM tools.
  • Schedule appointments for site visits or meetings with sales managers as per client interest.
  • Coordinate site visits by providing clients with project information, maps, and directions.
  • Learn about different projects through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Assist the sales team in organizing client meetings, events, and weekend campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to client queries with accurate information.
  • Share client feedback with the team to improve communication and overall service.
