Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site React.js + Laravel Developer role based in Surat. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and robust back-end services using Laravel, ensuring clean, efficient, and secure code. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality web applications and ERP modules. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, writing unit tests, and following best practices in version control and deployment. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in sprint planning, and continuously improve existing systems by adopting modern tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid Back-End Web Development skills, particularly with Laravel, RESTful APIs, database design, and server-side logic.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming concepts, including design patterns and clean code principles.
• Experience in full-cycle Software Development, from requirements analysis and architecture to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), package managers, and build tools commonly used in modern web development.
• Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and responsive design for web applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks within agile workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with other frameworks or technologies (e.g., Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, or DevOps tools) is an advantage.
