Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to lead development efforts, mentor juniors, and own end-to-end delivery of complex integration systems. The role combines backend in C#/.NET Core with frontend in React/TypeScript, leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker for scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, experience guiding offshore teams, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and management to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, .NET Core 3.1 or higher and EF Core; Unit testing with XUnit.
• Experience with microservices architecture and backend design.
• Strong SQL/TSQL skills and MS SQL management.
• Frontend UI proficiency with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
• DevOps basics and pipelines helpful; infrastructure tooling with Terraform a plus.
• Reporting and monitoring with PowerBI and Datadog capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing the solution to best fit the needs of the business.
• Taking on a leadership role you will review the teams code, mentoring junior members of the team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Design and develop complex integration systems.
• support Tier-1 applications.
• Participate & Support the Backlog Refinement & all the sprint events.
• Manage customer communications form Offshore
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, TCS management
• Able to Lead junior associates to achieve the project goals
• Should be able to prepare test data with Scripts, tools in case if it is required

Requirements

• C#, .NET Core 3.1 or higher, EF Core, XUnit for Unit testing and experience with Microservices knowledge.
• SQL, TSQL, mssms.
• React.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript for frontend UI.
• Experienced with the Microsoft Azure platform, Kubernetes, Docker
• Good-to-Have DevOps and DevOps Pipelines experience.
• Terraform and/or PowerBI for infrastructure and reporting.
• Datadog experience for logging, alerting, and monitoring.
