Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer with strong C# and .NET Core expertise to design and implement scalable backend services. The role requires hands-on experience with EF Core, XUnit, and microservices, as well as frontend skills in React.js for UI tasks.

You will lead a small team, review code, and mentor juniors while collaborating with offshore stakeholders. Expect involvement in sprint ceremonies and challenging integration projects within Azure cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# and .NET Core 3.1+ for robust backend services.
• Experience with EF Core and XUnit for unit testing and microservices knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills including SQL and T-SQL with MSSMS.
• Frontend proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript for UI delivery.
• Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Design and develop solutions aligned with business needs and architecture.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, review code and promote best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Design and integrate complex systems, supporting Tier-1 applications.
• Participate in backlog refinement and all sprint events to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and manage customer communications from offshore teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.
• Guide juniors toward achieving project goals and milestones.
• Prepare test data and scripts as required to support testing.

Must have

• Should have good C#, .NET Core 3.1 or higher, EF Core, XUnit for Unit testing and experience with Microservices knowledge.
• SQL, TSQL, MSSMS.
• React.js, JavaScript, and/or Typescript for frontend UI.
• Experienced with the Microsoft Azure platform, Kubernetes, Docker

Good-to-Have

• DevOps and DevOps Pipelines experience.
• Terraform and/or PowerBI for infrastructure and reporting.
• Datadog experience for logging, alerting, and monitoring
