Job summary

NITYO is hiring a React UI Developer in Bengaluru to design and implement front-end components that integrate with backend services. You will build reusable UI patterns, optimize rendering, and ensure accessibility across platforms.

You will collaborate with product and backend teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and help shape the team’s engineering practices and delivery cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/engineering.
• Experience with React and TypeScript is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate with peers and leaders and influence requirements.
• Self-starter capable of handling ambiguity and risk mitigation.

React UI Developer

The React UI Developer will design and develop front-end components, integrate with back-end systems, and continuously review services and components for improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end components for seamless integration with back-end systems.
• Continuously review services and components for opportunities for improvements.
• Identify and address technical debt.
• Influence and deliver product roadmap to improve key performance indicators and deliver tangible business value.
• Develop the team's software engineering skills.
• Owning the team's culture and ways of working, instilling a care for high quality code and tests and for implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with peers and senior leaders, engage and influence others to collect requirements, describe work, work through problems, and find productive solutions.
• Self-Starter: Ability to handle ambiguity, navigate uncertainty, identify risks, and find the right people and tools to get the job done.
• Software Skills: Hands-on development in React using Typescript, strong software engineering design capabilities using Object Oriented Programming and understanding of Computational Complexity.
• Software Engineering Practices: Skillful in software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operations.
