Indus Net Technologies Ltd in India is seeking an experienced Front-End Lead to drive development of user-facing features using React.js and Next.js. You will mentor a small team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires strong JS, HTML5, CSS3 skills, and experience with Redux/Flux contexts, build pipelines, SSR concepts, and API integration. You will help shape UI architecture, review code, and ensure performance across devices in a

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and core principles.
• Experience with Redux, Flux, or Context API and tooling like Webpack.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of React Native.
