Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a skilled React.js Developer to build scalable, responsive web applications. The role focuses on modern front-end technologies, TypeScript, and a strong UI/UX mindset to deliver high-performing interfaces.

You will develop and maintain front-end features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure code quality with Jest and Redux Toolkit in an onsite Mumbai setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of frontend development experience.
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, SCSS and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit and testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.

We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Developer with strong expertise in modern front-end technologies to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript .
• Build reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Implement state management using Redux Toolkit .
• Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality using modern testing frameworks.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance front-end application performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Front-End Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js , JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML5 , SCSS , and Tailwind CSS .
• Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit and React ecosystem tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with browser debugging and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest .
• Proficiency in Git and modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale web applications.
