Biz Hr It Solutions is seeking an experienced React.js Developer to join our Sailthru integration and personalization platform team in Hyderabad. You will build modern UI components that interact with Sailthru APIs, campaign metrics, and customer data pipelines.

Required 4–6 years of frontend experience with React.js, Redux/Context, and REST/OAuth. Collaborate with backend engineers and UX designers in an Agile environment across EST/IST hours.

React.js Developer (46 Years Experience) — Sailthru Platform

Location: Hyderabad (EST hours)

Experience: 4 – 6 years

Role Type: Full-time, Engineering (Frontend)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer to join our Sailthru integration and personalization platform team. The role involves building modern, scalable, and data-driven UI components that interact with Sailthru’s APIs, campaign metrics, and customer data pipelines. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver seamless experiences for marketing and data teams using Sailthru and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop React.js-based dashboards and configuration UIs for Sailthru-driven campaigns, audience segments, and reports.
• Integrate and visualize data from Sailthru REST APIs, Snowflake, or internal marketing data pipelines.
• Develop reusable components using React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and modern state management practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers (Node.js/Go/Scala) for end-to-end API integration.
• Optimize UI performance and ensure responsiveness across browsers and devices.
• Implement role-based access controls, secure API calls, and audit-friendly event tracking aligned with SOX and internal compliance.
• Conduct code reviews, testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Work in Agile sprints and coordinate with cross-functional teams across EST and IST time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with strong command of React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in Redux, React Query, or similar state/data management frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience integrating with similar martech APIs like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, or TailwindCSS.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or Vite build systems.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Material UI preferred.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of email personalization, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking workflows.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Prometheus, or Grafana dashboards.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, secure coding standards, and API key masking.
• Prior experience in marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.
