XL DYNAMICS INC in Mumbai is seeking a Night shift React Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build scalable front-end applications using React.js. You will integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow.

You will write clean, reusable code, optimize performance with lazy loading, and participate in code reviews. Proficiency in JavaScript, React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and modern CSS frameworks is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience in React development.
• Experience building scalable front-end components with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end components using React.js.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance with efficient code and lazy loading techniques.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to match visual design intent.
• Use version control tools like Git for code collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and functional components.
• Familiarity with component libraries like Material-UI, TailwindCSS, or similar.
• Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, Git, and browser DevTools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
