  • From strategy to implementation, be responsible for ensuring superior employee experience demonstrated through exceptional Employee Engagement Index and business outcomes
  • Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement
  • Leading the DE&I agenda for India, ensuring leadership sponsorship and governance is in place
  • Providing data, insight and analysis against all talent and diversity KPI’s to drive the right decisions and actions
  • Facilitating dialogues, interventions and workshops to support the talent and diversity agenda
  • Leading the efforts on employer branding and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to engage and attract diverse applicants and remove bias
  • Reviewing the practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive
  • Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose
  • Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity
