Job summary

Qualifacts in Vadodara, India, is seeking an experienced denial management specialist to join our revenue cycle team. This onsite role requires night US shift coverage (6:30 pm–3:30 am IST) and excludes remote applicants.

You will investigate denials, analyze AR trends, and lead payer calls to resolve disputes. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Healthcare Administration (or related field) with 3+ years in AR/Denial Management, and is proficient in billing software and denial

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AR/Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and denial tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with payers and negotiate claim resolutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
