Job summary

ModMed India is hiring a Senior RCM AI & Automation Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with AI-driven, scalable RCM solutions. You will lead end-to-end workflows, guide Agile teams, and manage CI/CD pipelines across global stakeholders.

You will mentor analysts and developers, drive high-impact automation initiatives, and ensure robust QA and production support while collaborating with the Business Systems & Process Improvement department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience gathering business requirements, creating epics/user stories, and building functional workflow diagrams for RCM processes.
• 2+ years of QA/production support experience, plus 1+ year executing testing plans and bug resolution workflows.
• Proficiency with UiPath (Orchestrator, Dispatcher, Performer) along with VB.NET and C# coding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Innovate & Architect Solutions: Analyze RCM challenges and design end-to-end solutions with detailed technical workflow diagrams.
• Drive Agile Delivery: Translate requirements into Epics/User Stories and guide cross-functional dev teams through SDLC.
• Demonstrate Tangible ROI: Produce ROI metrics and automation demand analysis.
• Manage Code & CI/CD Pipelines: Oversee GitHub repositories, sandboxes, and CI/CD processes for deployments.
• Quality Assurance & Support: Build robust test plans and oversee production support, bug resolution, and QA cycles.
• Mentor & Empower: Mentor Business Analysts and onboard developers on internal systems and development protocols.

Position Summary

As a Senior RCM AI & Automation Systems Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business needs and cutting‑edge technology. You will solve complex business challenges by architecting and delivering intelligent, scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and AI‑driven automation solutions. Acting as a tech lead and solution architect, you will collaborate across global teams to design end‑to‑end workflows, drive Agile development cycles, oversee quality assurance, and champion scalable CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Innovate & Architect Solutions: Partner with business stakeholders to analyze RCM challenges, design comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions, and craft detailed technical workflow diagrams that optimize scale, system reliability, and business impact.
• Drive Agile Delivery: Translate complex requirements into Agile Epics and User Stories. Lead sprint refinement, track capacity/velocity, and guide cross‑functional dev teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrate Tangible ROI: Produce ROI metrics and automation demand analysis by measuring time savings against development effort to validate solution impact.
• Manage Code & CI/CD Pipelines: Oversee GitHub code repositories, sandboxes, and CI/CD processes to ensure seamless, reliable project deployments.
• Quality Assurance & Support: Build robust test plans, manage quality testing cycles, resolve system bugs, and oversee the execution and effectiveness of production support processes.
• Mentor & Empower: Mentoring Business Analysts and onboarding developers by sharing subject matter expertise on internal systems, existing solutions, and development protocols.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• RCM & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on experience gathering business requirements, creating epics/user stories, and building functional workflow diagrams tailored to RCM processes.
• Testing & Production Support: 2+ years of experience overseeing QA/production support, plus 1+ year executing testing plans and bug resolution workflows.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with UiPath (Orchestrator, Dispatcher, Performer) along with VB.NET and C# coding best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within AI‑driven development environments or leveraging AI frameworks.
• Deep functional understanding of LLMs and AI infrastructure applications in a business context.
• Proven experience leading GitHub CI/CD pipeline processes and complex solution test strategy execution.
