Access Healthcare is hiring for an AR calling/RCM role in Chennai. The candidate will manage patient billing calls, resolve denials, and coordinate payment plans within a hospital setting.

The role requires understanding HIPAA regulations and excellent communication with patients, physicians, and insurers. Prior experience in AR/RCM and hospital environments is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment plans.


• Identify and address root causes of denials by reviewing medical records and communicating with healthcare providers.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.


• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-2 years of experience in AR calling or RCM role in a hospital setting.


• Strong understanding of medical billing regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.


• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, physicians, and insurance representatives.
