Job summary

Minilec India Private Limited in Pune invites a seasoned Quality leader with 8–15 years to own and advance our quality management systems for electrical and electronic components. You will lead inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of EE equipment, PCB assemblies, and finished products, while driving continuous improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with test jigs, strong data-driven decision making, and a track record of ensuring ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Electronics/ENTC.
• 8 to 15 years in Quality field.
• Proficient with RCA, SPC and FMEA.
• Experience with ISO 9001.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management.
• Data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Hands-on testing, troubleshooting, inspection, and quality evaluation of EE equipment, components, and PCB assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities for Electrical & Electronic Equipment, Components, PCB Assemblies, and Finished Products.
• Ensure that quality policies, procedures and documentation are effectively communicated and followed throughout.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Supplier teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and ensure that purchased materials and components meet Minilec's quality standards.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Must have hands‑on experience of using/ designing test jigs for the testing of electronic components.

• Min. 8 to 15 years of experience in Quality field.
• Well verse with quality tools and methodologies such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Experience with quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Experience in approval of Electrical & Electronic Component samples, including component qualification and validation.
• Experience in Electronic Sample Approval (Electronic Components, PCB Assemblies, and related materials).
• Hands‑on experience in testing, troubleshooting, inspection, and quality evaluation of Electrical & Electronic Equipment, Components, and PCB Assemblies.
