Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design and implement front-end using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript, and to build robust back-end services with C#/.NET Core or Python FastAPI. You will work on scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern authentication practices while collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end features.

You should have 8+ years of experience and be proficient with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, JWT, Azure, and real-time UI technologies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience with React/Redux/TypeScript.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), modern frontend practices.
• Backend experience with C#/.NET Core or Python (FastAPI).
• Experience building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL; version control with Git.
• Knowledge of JWT-based authentication and Azure basics.
• Familiarity with real-time UI tech (WebSockets/GraphQL).
• Exposure to PWAs and service worker caching.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# (.NET/.NET Core) or Python (Fast API).
• Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable API design and implementation.
• Design, build, and deploy microservices-based solutions.
• Maintain code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and support production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Your Background

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end technologies such as React.js, Redux, Typescript, and Javascript.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax and modern frontend development practices.

• Strong experience in backend technologies using C# (.NET/.NET Core) or Python (Fast API), including building scalable services and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment of distributed systems.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar.
• Familiarity with Git for version control .
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Basic experience with Azure services (e.g., Blob Storage, Application Insights).
• Understanding of real-time UI technologies (WebSockets or GraphQL subscriptions).
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and service worker caching.
