Job summary

Navsan is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer in Hyderabad with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and .NET Core/.NET 6+. You will lead the design and development of scalable web applications, collaborate with UI/UX designers, and drive secure, high-performance front-end solutions.

You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and work with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines, while staying current with emerging technologies

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional application development experience.
• Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with state-management libraries such as Redux (or NgRx).
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Experience with React component libraries (Mantine, ShadCN) and Storybook.
• Proven experience implementing microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI-driven development methodologies such as spec-driven development.
