Job summary

Uniinfo Telecom Services in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled RAN engineer to perform 4G LTE and 5G NR integration, configuration, and commissioning for Nokia equipment. You will handle integration with core and transport networks, validate BTS, ENodeB, and gNodeB, and ensure service readiness.

The role requires troubleshooting alarms and connectivity issues, analyzing logs and performance counters, and coordinating with NOC, Core, Transmission, and Field teams to meet project timelines and SLAs.

• Perform 4G LTE and 5G NR RAN integration, configuration, and commissioning activities.

• Perform 4G LTE and 5G NR RAN integration, configuration, and commissioning activities.
• Handle Nokia RAN equipment integration and deployment for new sites, network modernization, and expansion.
• Integrate and validate BTS, eNodeB, and gNodeB with core and transport networks.
• Configure and verify LTE/5G network parameters and ensure service readiness.
• Troubleshoot RAN alarms, connectivity issues, integration failures, and network-related problems.
• Analyze network logs, alarms, and performance counters to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Perform site integration, acceptance testing, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with NOC, Core, Transmission, and Field teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure completion of integration activities within project timelines and defined SLAs.
• Prepare integration reports, troubleshooting reports, and technical documentation.
• Provide shift-based and on-call support for critical network issues as required.
