• 20% Quota: 20% of total permanent vacancies in RRC Level-1 (Group D) posts (Trackman, Helper, Pointsman) are entirely reserved for course-completed apprentices.
• 1/3rd Marks Weightage: 1/3rd of the final marks in the RRC Group D permanent exam are calculated directly from the candidate's NCVT apprentice exam score.
• PET Exemption: Exempted from clearing the grueling Physical Efficiency Test (running with heavy weights) during permanent job screening.
• Skill Certificate: Awarded the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC), highly valued in PSU and private heavy engineering companies.
