Greengrapes Corp in Jamshedpur invites applications for a full-time Radiologist. The role requires MBBS with MD in Radiology or DNB in Radiology. Freshers are welcome to apply.

You will review patient histories, select suitable imaging methods, and explain procedures to patients while performing and supervising MRI/CT/Ultrasound reports and related imaging tasks. You will interpret imaging results, discuss findings with physicians, and ensure adherence to emergency protocols and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold MBBS with MD in Radiology or DNB in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical histories to ensure imaging procedures are safe.
• Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques when necessary.
• Inform patients about the imaging process.
• Operate CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography and related equipment.
• Prepare MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography reports and other imaging reports.
• Perform or supervise image-guided diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with radiology lab staff to optimize image quality.
• Interpret results and discuss diagnoses with physicians.
• Compile written reports of results and diagnoses.
• Follow resuscitation, bleeding, infection, and other emergency protocols.

Job Description:

• Evaluating patients' medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them.
• Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
• Informing patients about the medical imaging process.
• Using devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
• Ability to prepare MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, and other reports.
• Performing or directing radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures.
• Working with radiology lab technicians to perfect image quality.
• Interpreting the results from diagnostic imaging procedures to determine diagnoses.
• Communicating and discussing results and diagnoses with physicians.
• Compiling written reports of results and diagnoses.
• Following medical protocols for resuscitation, bleeding, infection, or other emergency situations, when necessary.
