Job summary

M/S Radiocure Diagnostics is seeking a Radiologist to lead multi-modality reporting across MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography in a high-volume center. You will interpret, correlate, and finalize reports for diverse cases, including complex trauma and oncologic imaging.

The role emphasizes protocol optimization, patient safety, and collaboration with clinicians. A strong background in interventional imaging and a patient-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institute.
• Fellowship in sub-specialty is highly desirable.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-modality hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform, interpret, and report across MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography.
• Provide rapid interpretations for complex trauma and emergency cases.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and oncologists for case discussion.
• Oversee imaging protocols to maximize diagnostic yield and safety.
• Carry out basic non-vascular interventional procedures as needed.
• Utilize PACS, RIS, and 3D tools to maintain efficient workflow and target TAT.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Multi-Modality Reporting: Perform, interpret, and generate highly accurate clinical reports for a comprehensive range of diagnostic modalities, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography.
• Complex Trauma Imaging: Provide rapid and precise interpretations for high-energy emergency cases, including complex maxillofacial injuries (such as Le Fort fractures), polytrauma, and acute neurovascular events.
• Cross-Specialty Collaboration: Partner closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and oncologists to discuss complex cases, offer diagnostic clarity, and guide patient treatment plans.
• Quality & Protocol Management: Oversee and optimize imaging protocols across different modalities to ensure maximum diagnostic yield, patient safety, and minimal radiation exposure.
• Interventional Procedures: Perform basic non-vascular interventional procedures (e.g., USG/CT-guided biopsies, FNACs, and fluid aspirations) as required.
• Workflow Efficiency: Utilize advanced PACS, RIS, and 3D reconstruction tools to maintain a streamlined reporting workflow while meeting established turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: MD / DNB / DMRD in Radio-diagnosis from a recognized institution. Fellowship training in a sub-specialty (e.g., Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, or Musculoskeletal Imaging) is highly desirable.
• Experience:1-5+ years of post-qualification experience working in a high-volume, multi-modality hospital or diagnostic center.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in independently managing a mixed daily workload of advanced MRI, multi-slice CT, and high-resolution ultrasound/Doppler scans.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex imaging findings into clear, actionable, and structured reports.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clinical teams and explain procedures empathetically to patients when necessary.
