Job summary

CoreEL Technologies is seeking an RF design engineer to contribute to the development of high-end RF subsystems for aerospace and defense applications. You will work on frequency planning, module architecture, and RF design validation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with lab equipment and RF design tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS) and a track record in managing design activities for radar-related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF hardware and system design.
• Knowledge of RF component characteristics and validation (PLL, LNA, Mixer, PA, Filter, Coupler, switch).
• Schematic creation in OrCAD Capture.
• Guiding PCB team for RF PCB layout and routing.
• Knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, VSWR.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, VNA, Power meter, Signal Generator).
• Experience with RF tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS).
• Experience in RADAR subsystem design.

Responsibilities

• Frequency planning, power budget analysis and compliance to specifications.
• Create, review and document module level architectures for RF sub-systems.
• Creating project documentation for design, reviews, test procedures, ATP/QTP.
• Interact with Digital Hardware, FPGA RTL, Software and Mechanical teams during design stage.
• Involve in testing, integration and qualification of systems.

Job Description:

• TR Module Design, CW/Pulsed Power Amplifier design, Synthesizer Design, Up/Down Convertor Design, Lumped and Distributed element filter design
• Handling a team of 2 or more Engineers (Design & Sr. Design Engineers)
