Responsibilities:

• Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct clients.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• No experience required.
• Graduation from any stream.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.

Other Information:

• Shift timing: 7 PM to 4 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
• Working Days: 5 (Monday to Friday).
• Work from office.
• Indian and US holidays.
• 12000 – 17000 Incentive per closure.
