Job summary

Adecco India partners with a leading pharma client to manage key finance processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and timely month-end and year-end closes, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and SOX.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and global stakeholder management.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or pharma finance.
• Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and monthly adjustments into the general ledger.
• Match balance sheet, bank, and sub-ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
• Manage the financial close calendar, track checklists, and eliminate intercompany transaction mismatches.
• Compile trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management or statutory reviews.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and SOX.

Key R2R Responsibilities

• Journal Entries: Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and monthly adjustments into the general ledger.
• Account Reconciliations: Match balance sheet, bank, and sub-ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
• Month-End/Year-End Close: Manage the financial close calendar, track checklists, and eliminate intercompany transaction mismatches.
• Financial Reporting: Compile trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management or statutory reviews.
• Compliance & Audits: Support internal and external audits while maintaining adherence to frameworks like IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and SOX.
• Experience:- SAP, Global Stakeholder Management .
• Min 4 to 10 Years Required
