What youll do

• Execute month-end close activities and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding items to maintain data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end accounting processes within the Record to Report cycle, delivering timely and high-quality financial records.
• Collaborate with Country Financial Controllers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

You will own the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your data-driven approach will support key performance indicators such as on-time month-end close and error-free reconciliations. This role reports to the Country Financial Controller and works within a collaborative Global Business Services team. You will engage with finance functions across Treasury, Purchase to Pay, Bill to Cash, and Supply Chain Finance to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
