Job Summary: This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

You are:

• An experienced Consultant with profound sales and delivery expertise in Sustainability.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Sustainability Strategy development, ESG regulations / regulatory reporting, ESG governance & operating model design
• ESG risk assessment / measurement, ESG data management, and understanding of underlying platform technologies
• Supply Chain Scope 3 decarbonization, Sustainable Procurement practices, Circular Business Models
• Well versed in winning consulting work, building trust, and partnering effectively with stakeholders to sell sustainability services.

The work:

As a Topic Advisory Consultant, you will support sales within our global Sustainability Services network, including:

• Supporting go-to-market campaigns
• Preparing and elevating materials (e.g., proposals, analysis, research)

• Bringing the latest knowledge and content, including industry trends, benchmarking, and competitive insights, leveraging subject matter experts
• Shaping solutions for clients (approach, team, pricing, differentiators)

• Developing go-to-market assets
• Conducting reviews with client teams to identify improvements and harvest deliverables
• Staying relevant through training, research, and client feedback

The work does not require travel.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Relevant experience in the domain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
