Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or BE Electrical.
• 2–3 years of experience in lab/industrial testing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Procuring new machines for the new Capacitor testing lab.
• Commissioning the lab equipment.
• Build safety culture in the lab.
• Conservent with lab certification, obtaining the certification and maintaining the certificate.
• Testing of MV capacitors as per relevant IS/ IEC/IEEE standards.
• Testing should be conducted in all 3 shifts.
• Support GPS/ Engineering/ production with the outcome of testing.
• Follow & maintain the standard procedure of change management for every workflow.
• Create development report, analysis report, assembly & test instruction, etc.Perform root cause analysis.Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.
