Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Service Development Team Lead in India Development Centre to guide the delivery of digital service solutions focused on asset reliability, predictive analytics, and digital twins. You will lead a team, coordinate with product owners and architecture, and drive continuous improvement in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years in software engineering, digital products, or cloud delivery, incl. 3 years leading teams.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, lifecycle of digital products.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, software quality, verification, validation, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience with digital twins, asset reliability, asset management, industrial IoT, AI, analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and balance of strategy with execution.

Your background:

• Strong understanding of research and development processes, software engineering practices, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration and continuous delivery environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, digital product lifecycles, software development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, software quality, verification, validation, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience with digital twins, asset reliability, asset management, industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, and ability to balance strategy with operational execution.
