We are looking for a Service Development Team Lead in the India Development Centre. You will guide the development, maintenance, quality, and operation of strategic digital service solutions focused on asset reliability, predictive analytics, digital twins, and lifecycle intelligence. The role combines people leadership, delivery execution, technical coordination, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners, solution architects, quality leaders, operations, and global technology leadership. Your background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, digital products, or cloud solution delivery, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• Strong understanding of research and development processes, software engineering practices, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration and continuous delivery environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, digital product lifecycles, software development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, software quality, verification, validation, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience with digital twins, asset reliability, asset management, industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, and ability to balance strategy with operational execution.
