Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software for process automation and industrial systems.
  • Lead robust, scalable software solutions using C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
  • Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical solution decisions.
  • Develop and integrate data-driven features, including ML-enabled functions where applicable.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and domain experts to ensure effective delivery.
  • Own complex development tasks across requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

Your background:
  • B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; M.E. or M.Tech is preferred.
  • 8–10 years of relevant software development experience, preferably in process automation, industrial automation, or adjacent technology environments.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented software development.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle practices, requirements engineering, coding standards, version control, and agile methodologies.
  • Good command of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, modularity, and maintainability principles.
  • Good understanding of IoT systems, industrial devices, and related communication protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
