Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a senior project manager to lead product development initiatives in an engineering environment. You will plan, manage execution across cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You will collaborate with architects, product management, customers, and development teams, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvements to raise product quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product-development experience, including 3–4 years managing engineering teams.
• Technical/B.E. or related technical degree (CS, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or comparable discipline).
• Domain: wired networking preferred; related domains (telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, embedded systems, or storage networking) also acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage architects and senior engineers on system architecture, estimation, feasibility, trade-offs, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Planning: develop project plans, define scope, set deadlines, and estimate resources (hardware, software, and staffing).
• Execution management: lead cross‑functional teams through execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality.
• Monitoring and control: track project progress, identify and manage risks.
• Stakeholder communication: serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, architects, product management, customers, and development teams. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes clearly.
• Customer engagements: manage specific customer engagements across build delivery, driving issue resolution and build qualification.
• Continuous improvement: drive continuous improvement of development and test processes leading to improved product quality and increased team efficiency.
