Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a senior Project/Program Manager to guide multiple concurrent product-development projects from planning through delivery, coordinating hardware, software, and staffing. Qualifications

• 12+ years of product-development experience, including 3–4 years managing engineering teams.
• Tech / B.E. or related technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable discipline.
• Domain: wired networking preferred; related domains (telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, embedded systems, or storage networking) also acceptable.
• Demonstrated technical depth to engage architects and senior engineers on system architecture, high-level estimation, feasibility, technology trade-offs, and technical risk.

• Execution management: Lead cross-functional teams through execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality.

• Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, architects, product management, customers, and development teams.
• Customer engagements: Manage specific customer engagements across build delivery, driving issue resolution and build qualification.
• Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement of development and test processes leading to improved product quality and increased team efficiency.
